Hi there!
I’m Dawn Cove and I’m your personal Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC), your Certified Wanderlist Specialist and your Certified Accessible Travel Advocate.
For as long as I can remember, I have loved everything about travelling … except packing. I hate packing and inevitably end up taking too much. I do love researching locations and finding the little experiences that make lasting memories. I love the anticipation of an upcoming trip and the warm fuzzy feeling of a recent adventure. I love discovering the people and food that make each destination unique.
As a certified travel advisor, I get to take all the things that I enjoy doing for myself and my family and share that experience with others by helping them plan their own unforgettable journeys that they’ll remember for a lifetime. My job isn’t to simply find you a flight and a place to stay. My real value is in helping you imagine, discover and enjoy people, food, places and experiences from across the world.
Many of my clients most thrilling and unforgettable experiences have been ones that they didn’t even know existed when they first began working with me. By taking the time to understand what my clients are looking for and what their situation is, I’ve helped them plan not just vacations, but journeys filled with life long and unforgettable memories!

My Process & Fee Structure
1. Collaborate
Let’s start by having a chat. We can do this over the phone or on a video call. I want to know what you have in mind: where you want to go, what you want to do there, who’s going, and what your timeline is.
2. Design
From there, I’ll put together some package ideas for you to look at. When you find the one that stands out, I’ll work with you through the finer details of your itinerary like specific dates, traveller details, additional excursions, and everything else.
3. Process
I will work with my highly vetted travel suppliers to organize your arrangements in line with the designed itinerary.
4. Manage
I ensure that all payment deadlines are met, that all the individual traveller preferences are conveyed to the suppliers, and that you are fully prepared with documents and insurance.
5. Provide
My service does not end with the reservation. Unexpected things can happen and I will be available to you throughout your trip and once you return home.
6. Reflect
Follow-up is an essential part of my service because I care about your experience and how it can be enhanced next time and every time.
A Word About Fees
As with any professional service, whether it be an attorney or designer, we do charge a service fee.
Our Trip Design and Management Fee allows us to devote the time and expertise necessary to research and negotiate the best options for you. The trip fee includes consultation, research, planning, quote preparation and full support before, during and after for a seamless and relaxing experience.
Since we are not affiliated with any cruise, hotel or tour company, we work for you, not the travel vendors.
